Sintered Stone Coffee Tables

A sintered stone top shrugs off coffee rings, spills and warm mugs better than marble or wood. Choose round, rectangular and nesting coffee tables, side tables from 40cm across, and coffee table and TV console sets, many in ready stock.

Why sintered stone for a coffee table

A coffee table takes drinks, remotes, feet and the odd toy. Sintered stone is pressed and fired at very high heat into a dense, non-porous top, so coffee and tea wipe off instead of soaking in, and it needs no sealing. The edges are the weak point: a hard knock on a corner can chip any stone.

Coffee tables

  • Nesting pairs save space: the Dex pair (80cm and 60cm) slides together and is in ready stock, from S$169 in black.
  • Round: the Rhi at 70cm or 45cm on a ribbed PU leather base, and the Jodo at 100cm, in cultured marble or sintered stone.
  • Rectangular: the Terry (80cm x 40cm, ready stock) and the 1.3m Moda, in marble or sintered stone.

Side tables

Matching side tables sit by the sofa or the bed, from the 40cm Tutu at S$129, in ready stock in white and black, to the Terry and FD, also in ready stock. The Troy, Bibi and Dino come in marble or sintered stone.

Coffee table and TV console sets

For a matching living room, the Maison, Joseph, Leodin and Loke come as a coffee table, a TV console or both, in ready stock as pictured.

Caring for sintered stone

Wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild dish soap, then dry. It needs no sealing. Use a trivet for pots straight off the stove, avoid hard knocks on the edges, and lift the table rather than drag it.

Sintered Stone Coffee Tables: common questions

Is sintered stone good for a coffee table?
Yes. It does not soak up coffee, tea or wine, needs no sealing, and resists scratches from cups, keys and remotes. Protect the edges from hard knocks, which can chip any stone.
Sintered stone or marble for a coffee table?
Sintered stone is easier to live with, since it resists stains and needs no special care. Marble has a softer, natural look but needs coasters and quick wiping. The Moda, Jodo and Troy come in both.
Can I put a hot mug on a sintered stone coffee table?
Yes, warm mugs and plates are fine. For a pot straight off the stove, use a trivet, because a sudden, extreme change in temperature can crack any stone.
Which sintered stone coffee tables are in ready stock?
Several, including the Dex nesting pair, the Terry, the Tutu side table and the coffee table and TV console sets. Each product page shows what is in stock now; the rest are made to order, usually in about 6 to 8 weeks.
How much does a sintered stone coffee table cost?
Side tables start from S$129 for the 40cm Tutu, and the Dex nesting pair from S$169. Each product page shows the price for every size and colour.
How do I clean a sintered stone coffee table?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild dish soap, then dry it. Skip scouring pads, which can dull a glossy top over time.
Can I see them before I buy?
Yes. Our showroom is at Mega@Woodlands, 39 Woodlands Close, #08-66, Singapore 737856, open Fridays and Saturdays, 12pm to 7pm, and other days by appointment. WhatsApp us at +65 9386 8676 to book a visit or check that a piece is on display.
Do you deliver and assemble?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders over S$80 in weekday daytime slots, evening and Saturday morning slots carry a S$10 surcharge, and assembly is free for most pieces. Our FAQ has the details.
