Return and Refund

Change of plans? Yes, we all have been through this stage to cope for sudden changes! Not to worry, we have got you covered! Simply drop us an email about your request to return or to refund. We will review the orders and contact you for the follow ups. 

Return Items for Refund- Eligibilities

Please ensure your items meet all the conditions stated below to be eligible for return:

  • Within 7 days upon receiving
  • Item(s) should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. 
  • Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded, unfortunately sale item(s) or “As-Is” items cannot be returned for refund.
  • Deposits placed to confirm purchases are non-refundable.

Just a little heads up, return items for refund can only be processed via email communications. MHome Furntiure Pte Ltd has the full discretion to decide whether the item(s) are in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

The Return

Our team will contact you to schedule for the collection. The date and time for the return pickup are subject to availability. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item(s). All Refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, MHome Furniture Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

Refund of payments made viaHoolah will be in accordance toHoolah’s mode of refund. For more information,  click here:

The Refund

A fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following:

Purchase Price – Fee of 20% of the original invoiced value = Refunded Amount (S$).

Please do note that a fee of 20% will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email.


It is absolutely FREE to exchange the products if items are defective or damaged within (7) days. You can simply drop us an email to request for exchange.

If you have confirmed to request for any exchange, return and refund, please drop us an email to we have received your email, we will reply within 3 working days.
