Sofas, armchairs, swivel chairs and sofa benches in velvet, fabric, pet friendly and water resistant upholstery, from armsofas to L-shapes and a 344cm sofa. Many are made in your choice of colour by pre-order, others are in ready stock, and you can visit our Mega@Woodlands showroom.
Choosing the upholstery
- Velvet is the most common choice here, as on the Koji, Sofie Jade and Camael. The Aries, Libra and Leo also come in a water resistant velvet.
- Pet friendly and water repellent options help in homes with children or pets. The Delfy, Coise and Deni come in velvet, water repellent or pet friendly upholstery, the Justin is in a pet friendly material, and the Mary Jane is water resistant and anti-stain.
- Fabric and leather: the Zuriel is fabric, the Cosmo has down cushions in a tech fabric cover, the 320cm Queside is half leather, and the Illumi comes in PU leather as well as velvet. For an electric recliner, see our recliner sofas.
Which size fits
3-seaters here run from 183cm to 242cm long, 2-seaters from 135cm to 198cm, and 1-seaters and armsofas from 70cm to 142cm. Check the depth as well: most are 80cm to 100cm deep, and the deepest, the Deni, is 148cm. As a rough guide, leave about 40 to 45cm between the sofa and the coffee table, and 75 to 90cm for walkways. For a corner, the Junior comes as a 256cm L-shape, the Delfy is 295cm with its L side on the left or right, and the Coffee sofa also comes as a 297cm U-shape. Measure your lift and doorways before you order: a sofa that cannot go up in the lift is carried up the stairs at an extra charge.
Armchairs, swivel chairs and benches
The Orei, Kele, Clarkia and Catmint swivel, the Steff armsofa comes with a foot rest, and the Luna velvet accent chair can take crystal studs. The Arbi and the round Zion sofa benches give extra seating without a second sofa.
Made to order or ready stock
Most sofas can be made in a colour of your choice by pre-order and reach Singapore in about 6 to 8 weeks; some take 8 to 10 weeks, such as the Destiny and Barre. Each product page lists any ready-stock colours and sizes, such as the Koji 3-seater in emerald green, blue or cream. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, so if you are deciding between colours, visit our showroom first: Mega@Woodlands, 39 Woodlands Close, #08-66, Singapore 737856. WhatsApp us at +65 9386 8676 before you come to confirm the opening hours.
Sofas & Armchairs: common questions
What size sofa fits an HDB or condo living room?
As a rough guide, a 3-seater of about 2m to 2.2m, like the
Koji or
Sofie Jade, suits many HDB and condo living rooms. Mark the sofa's length and depth on the floor with tape, leave about 40 to 45cm in front for a coffee table, and check your lift and doorways before you order.
Which sofas are easiest to keep clean with children or pets?
Those in a water resistant, water repellent or pet friendly upholstery. The
Mary Jane is water resistant and anti-stain, the
Justin is in a pet friendly material, the
Zuriel comes in fabric or a pet friendly material, and the
Deni and
Coise come in pet friendly, easy-clean options.
How do I care for a velvet sofa in Singapore's humidity?
As a guide, vacuum it every week or two with a soft brush attachment, blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing, and keep it out of strong direct sun, which can fade the colour. Air-conditioning or an airy room keeps damp from building up in the cushions.
Can I choose the colour or material?
Yes, on most sofas, by pre-order. Some also let you choose the upholstery or the stand: the
Aries,
Libra and
Leo come in velvet or water resistant velvet, the
Delfy in velvet, water repellent fabric or a pet friendly material on a wood or gold stand, and the
Domi on a gold or wood stand. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
How long does a made-to-order sofa take?
Most reach Singapore in about 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation. Some take 8 to 10 weeks, such as the
Destiny,
Orei and
Barre, and a few are quicker, like the
Koji at 5 to 7 weeks. If a page gives no lead time, WhatsApp us. Ready-stock sofas go out on the delivery date and time you choose at checkout.
Do you have L-shaped sofas and sofa beds?
Yes. The
Junior comes as a 256cm L-shape, with the blue L-sofa (L on the left) in ready stock; the
Delfy is 295cm, with its 180cm L side on the left or right; and the
Justin is a 203cm L-sofa. The
Star sofa bed, in water resistant fabric, is in ready stock in grey or beige, and our
recliner sofas include an electric recliner sofa bed.
Can I see the sofas before I buy?
Yes. Visit our showroom at Mega@Woodlands, 39 Woodlands Close, #08-66, Singapore 737856, where the
Queside is on display. WhatsApp +65 9386 8676 before you come to confirm the opening hours and which pieces are on display.
